Blood Charlice is OP

Blood Charlice is considered OP, especially on strength heroes like Pebbles and Magmus where it supplys almost unlimited mana early game if you just have some small regen. On any healer its also good, on heroes like Demented Shaman and Jeraziah you can spam Blood Charlice then heal youself for no health loss and gain in mana. It also gives good earlygame stats (3+ str, 3+ int 2+ health regen) and only costs 650g.
